If you ever find yourself in need of roadside assistance, as a proud owner of a new Audi car, you should know that you are entitled to professional service designed to help you with peace of mind and security when you’re behind the wheel.
The Audi Roadside Assistance program is open to all owners of a 2012 and newer Audi passenger vehicle sold in the United States and Puerto Rico. Eligible coverage for your Audi car extends four years from the date of delivery or limited warranty start date, whichever occurs first. Here are some of the emergency services that are provided as part of the Audi Roadside Assistance program.
- Emergency Towing: If your vehicle has become disabled during a mechanical breakdown, complimentary towing services will be provided to the nearest Audi dealership or Audi service center.
- Battery Jump Start: An Audi service operator will come to your vehicle and provide a jump start. If your vehicle cannot be started, a tow will be provided.
- Flat Tire Change: If your car has a flat tire, a mechanic will be dispatched to your location to fix it. They will install your spare tire, and if you do not have one, your car will be towed.
- Collision Assistance: If you are involved in a collision, the 24-Hour Audi Roadside Assistance will tow your car to an Audi service center.
